1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 250 ml pack NESTLE All Purpose Cream
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
6 medium lacatan bananas, sliced into rounds
2 tablespoons lime or calamansi juice
toasted peanuts, coarsely crushed
1. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add sugar and condensed milk. Stir over low
2. Slowly whisk in NESTLE All Purpose Cream. Add peanut butter. Stir over high heat for 3 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Arrange sliced bananas on a serving dish. Sprinkle with calamansi juice to prevent fruit from darkening.
4. Drizzle prepared sauce over bananas and sprinkle with crushed nuts
